Natural & Biodynamic Wines

Wines that fall into biodynamic category follow the principles of organic wines with added restrictions on use of acidity regulations or specific yeast strains. It is an old practice that gives top priority to biodiversity and minimum intervention in nature, and also follows the lunar calendar.

Natural Wines are made by Artisan winegrowers who farm their land under Organic or/and Biodynamic principles. Yields are kept low, harvest is manual, the crop is sorted manually, gently handled with no harsh manipulation. Fermentation starts and finishes with native yeasts, as long as it takes. No additives are used, sometimes a tiny amount of SO2 is added before bottling. The wines are neither filtered nor fined.
