Basqueland Proud Mary DDH IPA

Description

At Basqueland, we take pride in collaborating with Freestyle Hops on their Hop Research Collective program, dedicated to the evaluation and research of new hop varieties. This work has allowed us to incorporate the hop variety Manilita for the first time in one of our beers. Manilita is a subtle addition designed for use on the cold side while brewing IPAs, delivering vibrant aromas of blood orange or papaya, accompanied by a dank herbal note, all courtesy of its thiol precursors.
