A delicious vermouth that has been crafted using Pedro Ximenez grapes which are fermented in small ceramic jars with a short but intense biological ageing under a veil of flor (natural yeast). The flavour is typical Andalusian with citrus, almond, cinnamon, spice and soft woody notes. Great in your favourite cocktail or served chilled as an aperitif.
