The Glengarriff series from West Cork Distillers - The peat charred cask is one of two whiskeys in this experimental range. This whiskey has been matured in an ex-Sherry Butt and then finished in heavily charred virgin white oak casks. This heavy charring was fuelled by peat from Glengarriff.
