A superb Irish whiskey that has been initially aged in second fill bourbon barrels for 14 years and finished in Palo Cortado casks. It has body and palette of an Oloroso but also some of the crispness of an Amontillado. Expect notes of Rich & sweet toffee, orange zest, cherry and raisin on the nose and crème brûlée, salted caramel and hazelnut with sultanas and a subtle herbal note on the palate with a beautifully fruity finish.
