A simply stunning single malt from Boann Distillery for you to enjoy. This was first matured in American Oak giving it that full-bodied and honey profile we all know and love. The whiskey was finished in a French Oak barrel infused with the finest Bordeaux wine from its initial use. This French barrel was then taken through the N.E.O.C process to offer a virgin oak base to further maturation. N.E.O.C gives the whiskey a ‘New Oak’ style spice working in harmony with notes of dried fruits echoing of the barrels Bordeaux wine lineage. This unique single malt highlights the best traits.
