Description
This wine undergoes both ageing processes: partially aged under flor as a Fino and subsequently matured through the oxidative ageing process. Amber in colour, this Amontillado brings hazelnut aromas to the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste. Serve between 14-15ºC in a white wine glass as an aperitif with nuts or cheese. This Amontillado also combines well with consommes, green asparagus, artichokes and smoked meats; also ideal to pair to many spicy Asian dishes.
