Lervig Konrad’s Imperial Stout

Description

Lervig has been producing Konrad’s Stout since 2010. They wanted to make a straight forward imperial stout with a Scandinavian touch to it. On the nose it is roasted coffee, dark chocolate and dried fruits. They used a lot of dark malts and just the right water chemistry, to give the beer a very soft mouthfeel with coffee and liquorice notes. It is dense with a balanced finish.
