Espiga Plot Twins (Featuring Twins) NEIPA

Description

We are very pleased to collaborate with the Twins, two sisters who help promote beer culture from their venue in Tarragona.

We have brewed a NEIPA, a style that we both really like. This 6.5% ABV NEIPA has a hazy appearance typical of the style and a golden color with orange reflections. In aroma, we find all the potential offered by the Vista, Citra, and Mosaic hops, providing notes of tropical fruits and melon combined with citrus notes of mandarin and lemon. In the sip, we find a silky sensation and low bitterness that allows us to enjoy a rounded drink and savor all the notes provided by the hops.

Malts:Barley malt, oat flakes, wheat malt, oat malt, and barley flakes.
Hops:  Vista, Citra and Mosaic.
Dry hopping:  Vista, Citra and Mosaic.
