Espiga Octopint Hazy IPA

Description

Octopint is a hazy IPA with a double dose of dry hopping from two American hops. The Octopint octopus has traveled the oceans to collect the new Mckenzie hops in Oregon and the Ekuanot hops in Yakima Valley.

The new Mckenzie hops pair very well with the Ekuanot because they complement each other with their tropical fruit notes. Ekuanot gives us more citrus and tropical fruit notes like papaya and pineapple, and even pepper, while Mckenzie offers more resinous notes, melon, grapes, and hints of thyme. It creates an ideal fruit combination on a citrusy and fresh base due to the notes of herbal plants that also contribute. In aroma and flavor, we will find all these notes accompanied by a silky sensation thanks to the combination of malts with oats.
