Domaine De La Croix Irrésistible Rose (Magnum)

Description

The Domaine de La Croix, founded in 1882, is located near the village of La Croix Valmer and the beaches of St. Tropez, covers 180 hectares (1800 acres), of which 100 hectares (1000 acres) are vineyards descending to the sea.
It has been classified as the “Cru Classe de Provence” (the largest Cru Classe vineyard in the region), since the classification that took place in 1955. The improvements made from 2001 onwards, in the vineyards and winery, ensured high quality wines, winning several awards and the highest positions in the rating, with the wonderful Irresistible, Eloge Rose, and Eloge Blanc.

Cultivation is done by the method of integrated management. Also important is the collaboration of the famous oenologist Michel Rolland with the house.

The name says it all. Irresistible ! Pale salmon pink color, with violet highlights. Intense aromas of pear, peach, citrus and shades of mango and flowers. Buttery and silky palette.

Ideally served at 10-12°C and as an aperitif, it goes great with Tapas, salads, Asian cuisine, Mediterranean dishes and grilled fish.
It is drunk young and cool.
