Another exciting release in Dingle Distillery’s the Celtic Wheel of the Year series – Cónocht an Earraigh. Produced to celebrate the spring equinox, when night and day align, and the energy of the earth comes into balance. This release has been matured in first fill bourbon casks before a long finish in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks. Boasts rich red fruits, subtle spice, gingerbread, Fruit tarte, and treacle toffee. Limited to 3000 bottles released.

Aromas: Ripe plums, blackberries dusted with icing sugar, toasted almonds, muscovado sugar.

Flavour: Rich red fruits, subtle spice, gingerbread, Fruit tarte, and treacle toffee.

Finish: Lingering mouthfeel, with notes of sweet fruits balanced with dry tannins.
