Our pot still whiskey is composed of a unique mash ratio of 66:33 malted versus unmalted barley. The mash is then distilled in our one of a kind Rocket Still, which is the fastest pot still in the world. It is then matured in First Fill Ex Bourbon Casks and then after 5 patient years bottled at 43%.
