The Legendary Silkie: Straw gold with hints of amber. The Silkie is blended for a signature softness with hints of pear and apple. It has an easy maltiness, orange zest hob nob biscuits with a hint of smoke. Inspired by the tales of the mythical Silkie seals of the Donegal coast, The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey a balanced blend of double and triple distilled single malts, soft grain whiskey and a hint of peated malt.
The Legendary Dark Silkie: An ode to the Donegal whiskeys of days gone by, Dark Silkie is a rich smoky blend loaded with character. Non chill-filtered and bottled at 46%, the whiskey is incredibly smooth with a stunning natural sweetness. Continuing to draw inspiration from the rich folktales of the Silkie Seals, often told by the glow of a turf fire, Dark Silkie has at its core triple distilled peated single malt which is matured in sherry. This single malt is peated to 55ppm which after triple distillation becomes 22ppm giving a rich sweet smoky flavour.
The Midnight Silkie: Made from a blend of four triple distilled single malts and a triple distilled peated single malt so you know this will be a smokey dram! Sweet notes of pear, sandalwood, oak, along with hints of sherry and chocolate creaminess from the imperial stout casks make this a smoothy balanced delight.
