A powerful rum with plenty of rich dried fruit flavour, vanilla and spicy notes. Jerome Tessendier, the cask master has created this rum using four key steps; origin, ageing, finishing and blending. This rum is made of distillates from 3 distinct terroirs in the Caribbean Islands of Barbadoes, Trinidad and Jamaica. It has been aged primarily in American White Oak casks for up to 8 years before being finished for 12 months in 50 mature French Oak barrels on the banks of the Charente River.
