A fruity 2007 Jamaican rum from Plantation, distilled at Clarendon distillery and initially matured in Jamaica's tropical climate before being transported to France and undergoing a secondary maturation in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks. The palate is rich and fruity, with notes of cantaloupe melons, guava, pineapple and baking spices that linger in the finish.
