Description

Pale colour with green highlights. The nose is highly aromatic, revealing floral aromas such as rose and exotic fruit with a touch of minerality. The initial taste is fresh, slightly acidic and crisp, with pleasant volume and fruitiness on the palate. A perfect accompaniment to fish and grilled vegetables. It also goes wonderfully well with fresh cheeses such as Chabichou du Poitou.
