Otterbank teamed up with The Yum Cakes cookie crew for a second time in the summer of '22. A base beer brewed with pilsner & vienna malt, alongside Irish oats and the left over cake waste from the bakery in Derry city, was co fermented with ale yeast & lactobacillus. Before conditioning they blended in mango and passionfruit puree to create a mouth watering tropical fruit punch of a sour beer to bring a bit of sunshine to the winter months.
