Martín Códax is made with grapes exclusively from selected plots in the “Val do Salnés”, following a rigorous and careful process to guarantee its varietal purity and the traditional essence of the wines originating from this valley.
Each glass of our wine keeps the essence of the Atlantic, of what we are, of our history and our customs. Each bottle a true reflection of our Atlantic.
On the eye: Clean, bright lemon yellow colour with greenish reflections
On the nose: Medium intensity with ripe citrus notes such as lime and tangerine. The floral note predominates (hawthorn, jasmine and orange blossom) and a hay-like herbaceous background.
On the palate: Enveloping, fresh and well balanced. Recalls the note of ripe citrus fruit.
