This Vermut Blanco from Lustau is made using Fino sherry and Moscatel, marrying dry, mineral notes with sweet, floral ones. Infused with chamomile, marjoram, gentian and orange peel Lustau Vermut Blanco has a complex flavour with a delightful bitter edge.
