The clean and fruity palate offers gentle, ripe tannins that blend perfectly with the sweet soft tones delivered by its aging in barrel. This unpretentious wine is soft and fruity with berry-like flavours, such as plums and blackberries. It is full bodied and well balanced and would make the perfect partner for red and white meats and pasta dishes.
Serve with wild mushroom pasta or meaty dishes such as barbecued pork ribs.
One of our most popular everyday drinking wines. The Maipo Region, from which the grapes are sourced, stretches eastwards from Santiago to the Andes and west to the coast. These wines come from the central sector, one of the country’s oldest and most diverse regions. With rocky alluvial soils and warm, but not hot climate, red grape varieties grow well and strong, showing typicity and concentration.
