Description
Like other releases in the series, Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 10 is a stellar release from Springbank’s sister distillery Glengyle, matured in a combination of 90% bourbon casks, with 10% sherry casks. These casks combine with Kilkerran’s sweet peat style to make a truly delectable dram. The peat smoke is soft and sweet, with notes of toasted marshmallow, typical of the Kilkerran Heavily Peated Range. Hints of gooseberries and parma violets develop over time.
