Fine flavours of red berries and a delicate spiciness. The tannins are round and velvety. Fruity, without wood influence and a lightness of body that makes it a very fine Gutswein.
Grilled fleshy fish or a fish stew fits perfectly with the fine structure of this Pinot Noir. Also chicken with olives, veal fillet with sauce vierge (tomatoes and capers) as well a rare beef with beets. In autumn, definitely enjoy it with pasta and wild mushrooms.
