Description
This beer has a deep red color and is slightly cloudy due to the wheat beer used. The foam is pink and very compact, and sticks well to the walls of the glass.
When smelling the beer, the aroma of sour cherries and cherry stones is noticeable.
The taste is soft and sweet with notes of cherry stones and a slightly sour aftertaste thanks to the wild sour cherries. The balance between the wheat beer and the wild sour cherries is excellent.
