Made in Jerez, the home of Sherry in Spain, this uses the two local grape varieties Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximenez to create a Sherry base wine which is then flavoured with 27 different botanicals. A unique creation with the savoury complexity of Sherry and the bitter herbal taste of vermouth.
