An elegant 12-year-old single malt from Dalmore that has been matured in specially-selected sherry casks, creating aromas of caramelised orange, ginger, sultanas and runny honey that fill the nose. The palate brings notes of dark chocolate, almonds and cinnamon that fade to panna cotta, sweet mangos and lemon sponge cake that linger in the finish.
