Description
A bitter, amaro style liqueur that takes its name from Cynara Scolymus the latin terminology for Artichoke. As you would expect this is mostly artichoke flavoured but also has 12 other botanicals in the mix. This is great as a secondary flavouring component in many cocktails, especially when gin or whiskey are the main spirits.
