Description
A quite unusual wine based amaro that stradles between the styles of red vermouth and the classic bitter amaro. Cocchi’s vermouth base is used and extra infusion of quinine is added along with rhubarb and chiretta flowers. This is traditionally consumed in Turin with some lemon zest and plenty of ice after a visit to the theatre (hence the name Dopo Teatro. However it is also perfect for adding bitterness and elegance to classic cocktails such as a Negroni or Manhattan.
