Description
First created in 1891, this amazing white vermouth is equally as good served with soda as it is in a classic cocktail. It is made from local Italian wines sourced in the North West of the country, and is infused with a blend of Alpine and exotic botanicals. These include gentian root, cinchona (quinine), wormwood and bitter orange peel and elderflowers. This refreshingly bitter vermouth is popular in the town of Asti in Piedmonte where it is served in a wine glass with soda and orange zest. It is also great in a Vesper Martini or White Negroni.
