Description
Lambic pioneers Cantillon join one of Italy’s most celebrated natural winemakers, Cantina Giardino, in this exciting collaboration. A two-year-old lambic is infused with Greco grapes, those usually reserved for three Sophia cuvee, and then combined with some young lambic and bottled for a second fermentation. The result is a really unique bottle that’s incredibly lively and complex, with an abundance of herbal aromas, and an moreish briny flavour.
The Beer will evolve over time.
To be consumed preferably within the 10 years after bottling date.
