Description
Bourgogne des Flandres is the real taste of Bruges. This is its mixed fermentation which makes this Ale so surprising. Indeed, its blend of top fermented brown Ale Bruinen Os with a spontaneous fermented lambic of Timmermans Brewery results into a red/brown colored ale with sweet and soft notes of fruit and hints of roasted caramel. The Ale has a fresh-sour mouthfeel.
