Why not include everyones favourite in your festivities this year? The addition of cranberry juice to this classic cocktail makes it a vibrant red with a sweet tart nuance. We recommend garnishing your drink with rosemary and fresh cranberries.
What you’ll need (for 1 drink):
1 1/2 ounce unsweetened cranberry juice
1 1/2 ounce tequila
1 ounce cointreau
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Ice for serving
Garnish: fresh cranberries & rosemary sprig
Christmas Martini
A festive martini is the perfect drink for entertaining over the Christmas holidays. It couldn’t be easier to make and the red colour adds a festive element.
What you’ll need (for 1 drink):
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce unsweetened cranberry juice
1/2 ounce cointreau
1/2 ounce lemon juice
2 teaspoons simple syrup

Eggnog Cocktail
Eggnog is one of the most classic Christmas drinks you’ll find. Unlike most other drinks, it’s only really thought of during the holiday season. It’s versatile and can be enjoyed many different ways. This recipe uses vodka and amaretto, adding a nutty flavour to the classic eggnog drink.
What you’ll need (for 1 drink):
1 ounce amaretto
1 ounce vodka
2 ounces eggnog
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of cinnamon

Pomegranate Mimosas
This pomegranate mimosa recipe is a festive twist on a classic drink, made using dark red pomegranate juice and garnished with a sprig of rosemary.
What you’ll need (for 6 drinks):
1 lime
3 tbsp granulated sugar
750ml bottle of champagne or dry sparkling wine
2 cups pomegranate juice
Garnish: pomegranate seeds & rosemary sprig
Add a splash of Grand Marnier or Cointreau for an extra kick.
Festive Negroni
Cinnamon and star anise give a Christmas feel to this Italian cocktail. The perfect drink to toast in the new year!

3 cinnamon sticks
4 whole cloves
2 star anise
2 cardamon pods
1 tsp black peppercorns
200ml gin
100ml vermouth
100ml campari
