Bradleys Christmas Cocktails 2025

To help inspire you, we’ve put together a few Christmas Cocktail ideas. Whatever your drink of choice, a good cocktail set will make things a lot easier! Secondly, quality matters, better ingredients will make better cocktails. That being said, buy the brands you like, the golden rule; if you like it, it’s good!

Cran Apple Margarita

Ingredients:

 

Method:

  1. Grab your glass and rim with lime juice and salt.
  2. Add tequila, apple cider, cranberry juice, orange liqueur, lime juice, agave syrup and ice to cocktail shaker and shake!
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with cranberries and apple slices and enjoy!

 

After Eight Martini

Ingredients:

 

Method:

  1. Add cream liqueur, kahlua, creme de cacao, creme de menthe and ice to to cocktail shaker and shake!
  2. Double strain into a chilled glass and enjoy!

 

Cranberry Limoncello Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Limoncello
  • 2oz cranberry juice
  • 1oz club soda
  • 3oz prosecco
  • Lemon wheel, fresh cranberries, rosemary sprig (optional for garnish).

 

Method:

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add limoncello, cranberry juice and club soda.
  3. Top with prosecco.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel, fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig and enjoy!

 

Holiday Gin and Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 1oz cranberry juice
  • 1.5oz Aperol
  • 1/2oz orange juice
  • 1/2oz simple syrup
  • 1.5oz gin
  • Tonic water
  • Orange slice (optional for garnish)

 

Method:

  1. Add cranberry juice, aperol, orange juice, simple syrup, gin and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake!
  2. Strain over ice and top with tonic water
  3. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!

 

Pomegranate Mimosas

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Pomegranate juice
  • 2oz Champagne
  • Lime (sliced)
  • 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • Pomegranate seeds and sprig of rosemary (optional for garnish)

 

Method:

  1. Run the sliced lime around the rim of a champagne glass.
  2. Add sugar to a shallow dish and dip the rim of the glass into the sugar.
  3. Fill the glass 2/3 full with Champagne.
  4. Fill the remainder of the glass with pomegranate juice.
  5. Garnish with a spoonful of pomegranate seeds, a sprig of rosemary and enjoy!
