The strawberries for this gin were grown just outside Ennicorthy in County Wexford, by Susan Kearns. For maximum flavour the strawberries are distilled but even more are added before bottling to enhance the flavour. Not overpoweringly flavoured but very much a classic London dry styled gin with nice touches of citrus and juniper.
