Description
From the Beara Distillery located in West Cork on the Beara Penninsula. This gin uses local botanicals to give it a unique flavour along with salt water and sugar kelp taken from the sea. The distillery has a traditional German Muller still as well as a highly automated I-Still giving them a highly flexible setup.
