Description
3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a classic geuze: a blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old lambic with an average age of 18 months and requiring at least six additional months of bottle conditioning in their cellars.
As 3 Fonteinen has historically also been a geuze blendery – whereby they matured lambic wort from other brewers in their own oak barrels – most blends produced before 2026 are a blend of traditional lambics brewed by themselves and also by other lambic brewers.
