The first single pot still bottling of Paddy in many, many years. 2013 sees the 100th anniversary of the Paddy brand of whiskey. 

 This is a seven year old and bears the old spelling of whisky without the 'e' which was once used for all Cork whiskies.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of citrus peel, oranges, tangerines and cloves with hints of boiled sweets! The palate is lively with a classic pot still prickle. Flavours of dried oranges, cloves, dried raisins with some oily pot still character. Very good!
