An Amber ale aged in ex Irish single malt ex bourbon barrels for 9 months & finished in a blend of Pedro Ximenez sherry & chestnuts barrels for a further 3 months.
Hints of caramel, toffee and a candied nut aroma with underlying caramelised dark fruit.
Coconut & vanilla with a medium body and a medium dry lasting pleasant tannin, chestnut and sherry finish.
This has been a long time in the making. Bottle conditioned for 3 months before release. We have aged it so you dont have to.
